This book shows you clearly how to prioritise and get things done. Many people with ADHD find that difficult. They have so many bombarding thoughts crashing down on them at once. If not addressed, then this can lead to severe emotional self-regulation exhaustion.
This book, while not openly addressing ADHD really focuses on the ADHD brain and how to slow down those thoughts, and focus on one thing at a time.
